Barrhead Travel receives a high volume of supplier confirmations and tickets every month from multiple partners.  These documents were being manually processed to check the information was correct on their system, VTarsc.  Once they had checked the document against the system, if correct, they would issue the confirmation to the customer.  

Due to the volume of confirmations and tickets, the team were looking to improve efficiencies for their team and help mitigate any ticket errors.

• Gathers data from the supplier confirmation as they come in

• Matches the supplier confirmation to the correct booking in VTarsc

• If correct, sends out the confirmation to the customer

• If incorrect, provides Barrhead Travel with an exception report
