Challenge

Clarity Business Travel relied heavily on manual effort to process their invoices and this became one of their biggest business challenges. They were frustrated by the fact that they needed to spend a huge amount of manpower to process the invoices, and yet, it was very inefficient. Operational delay, prone to human error, and constantly increased labour costs became an obstacle for their business to grow.

Solution

Using our in-house RPA software, we have streamlined their transactions and invoice-matching process. We provided an automation solution not only capable of matching invoices but also smartly deals with posting, closing and matching cash within Clarity’s in-house system.

Now, Clarity uploads their banking statements to our system and it automatically validates and matches to their Travelpower system.  Staff are then required to work from an exception report where they work with items that haven’t matched for any particular reason.

Results

Our solution has increased the number of invoices processed from 100-150 per day to around 3000 per day.
